Refund Policy

At HER Mana, we take pride in the quality of our digital products, programs, and coaching services. We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, courses, and software, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
Programs
For our online programs, such as webinars, workshops, and masterclasses, we offer a 24-hour 100% refund from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within the specified time frame to our support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of HER Mana.
Please note that refunds will not be granted if you have already accessed or downloaded any program materials.
Online Membership
For our online membership, we offer a 14-day 100% refund from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within the specified time frame to our support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of HER Mana.
Please note that refunds will not be granted if you have already accessed or downloaded any program materials.
Coaching Services
For our coaching services, we offer a 50% refund of any coaching programs canceled prior to the start of the second session. In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit a request to our support team at [email protected] within the specified time frame.
Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of HER Mana and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Unused coaching sessions are not eligible for a refund.
In-Person Sessions & Online Classes
For our in-person sessions, and online classes we offer a 25% refund of the session price. To be eligible for a refund or to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Failure to provide the required notice may result in the forfeiture of your session fee. Refunds for in-person sessions and online classes will be granted at the sole discretion of HER Mana and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund outside of the refund policies stated above, please contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss your situation.
Please note that any decisions regarding refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of HER Mana.
